Rev. Allan Studd is one of our parish's talented Honourary Assistant clergy. Allan is a Psychotherapist with a specialty in Couples and Families and is also part of a short term missionary team called Impact Zambia. The project is part of International Teams Canada. The project partners with a Christian community in Itezh-tezhi, Central Zambia and seeks to raise people out of poverty by teaching them marketable skills. The project has built the Life Impact Training Centre from which to teach these skills, and has also launched a four year Diploma course in Marriage and Family Counselling.

Rev. Allan Studd and parishioner Wendy Wilker-Blakley plan to return to Zambia this summer. There, they will join in celebrations of the 30th anniversary of New Life Tabernacle. This will include 500 guests from the surrounding areas of Africa, a training program and for Impact Zambia visits to the Mission of Love orphanage, the village of Nyawa, home Matthew and the late Dorothy Munsanda where the team began.

Wendy and Allan need to raise about $6,000 each to cover travel costs, accommodation, food, and ground transport in country. Allan has worked hard to help link the Parish of the Valley with New Life Tabernacle and Cell Ministries. We are grateful for the support of members of the Parish of the Valley for Impact Zambia.  We would ask you, as you are able, to give to this cause. All donations are made to International Teams Canada, Impact Zambia and can be directed to Allan or Wendy. Donating is easy and tax receipts are automatically issued when the donation is completed.

If you would like to support Impact Zambia's ministries you can send a cheque (payable to Impact Zambia with Allan and/or Wendy's names in the Memo line) to:
