"All things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee." (The Book of Common Prayer)

The ministry of stewardship is a ministry that all Christians share in. Good stewardship enables us to use the gifts of time, resources and skill that God has blessed us with to further God's mission.

We have a number of annual stewardship events in the Parish of the Valley.

Each Advent, our whole parish engages in the Advent Appeal, which is an opportunity for us to contribute financially over and above our usual offerings, to the ministry of our local congregation. You can read more about the Advent Appeal here.

Each spring, Holy Trinity Pembroke engages in the Pentecost Appeal: Digging Deep, Reaching High. This is an opportunity for us to consider all of the ways we contribute to the life and ministry of Holy Trinity as we seek to live out God's mission in this time and place. It is a multi-week program that concludes on Pentecost. To learn more about the Pentecost Appeal, Digging Deep, Reaching High, click here.

The work of stewardship is work shared by our whole community and is guided by a working group made up of clergy and lay leadership. If you have any questions about stewardship in the Parish of the Valley, please contact Rev. Gillian.
