Dear Members of our Holy Trinity Church Family,

On behalf of the Holy Trinity Church Corporation, I am pleased to forward you a link to this year’s Annual Vestry Meeting Package, which can now be downloaded from our Parish of the Valley website (below). Paper copies of the report package were distributed at worship services on Sunday, February 23rd, and a limited number of additional paper copies will be available at the Vestry Meeting. If you currently have a paper copy, please remember to bring it with you to the meeting as a reference.

This year’s Vestry Meeting will once again be co-chaired by Bishop Michael Bird and myself, and will take place following the 10am service on Sunday March 1st. All members of our Holy Trinity Church Family who are 16 years of age or older and who are not a voting member of the Vestry of another congregation are welcome to attend and vote. We are grateful that a luncheon is once again being provided by our ACW.

Our Annual Vestry is an important part of our shared communal life and I hope that many of you will make a point of attending. I look forward to seeing you there!
