This year our Annual Vestry Meeting will be taking place on Zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Vestry meeting will be held on Sunday, February 28th, beginning at 11am, and will be co-chaired by Bishop Michael Bird and Rev. Matthew Brown.

To attend the Vestry meeting please click here on Sunday morning. You will need a Zoom enabled computer, tablet or smartphone in order to attend. The Zoom meeting room will be open from 10:45am onwards for anyone who would like to test their connection, with the meeting starting promptly at 11am.
Members of Holy Trinity can also join the Vestry meeting by telephone using the dial-in information below. Please remember to dial 10-10-710 before dialing any of the numbers below, so that it will only cost $1 for one hour of long-distance use. We ask everyone to please share this telephone information with Holy Trinity members who are unable to easily access a computer.

Voting at our Vestry meeting will be by simple show of hands on screen, or by verbal "yes or no" for those attending by telephone. The meeting will be recorded to assist with minuting. Any member who wishes not to have their image recorded is asked to please keep their camera set to off; similarly, voting for those members will also be by verbal "yes or no." Any member of Holy Trinity who is 16 years of age or older and will not be participating in another congregation's Vestry Meeting this year is entitled to vote at our Vestry.
2020 was an incredibly difficult year for our world, but through it all God's abundant grace has been constant, and we at Holy Trinity have been richly blessed. We hope you will join us on Sunday as we celebrate the year that has been and begin to look ahead to where God is calling us in 2021. See you at Vestry!
