Congratulations Chefs!
Congratulations to Bernard Raglin from St. George's, South Alice, winner of the Holy Macaroni Crown for his champion macaroni & cheese at the annual Macaroni & Cheese Cook-Off held last Saturday at St. John's Eganville. Thank you and honourable mentions go to John Stecko and Jim Fulcher, both from Church of the Ascension, Killaloe, for entering the competition. What a wonderful event, and we are grateful to all three gentlemen for their delicious macaroni & cheese! Thank you also to all of those who volunteered and who came and enjoyed the event. In total, $734 was raised for the Eganville Rotary Mental Health Charity Fund and $245 for the Bonnechere Union Public Library's Youth Program. See you next year when the Holy Macaroni Crown is once again up for grabs!
