Thank You for Your Support!Easter Egg Fundraiser for Alongside Hope (PWRDF) During the season of Lent, handpainted Easter eggs, lovingly painted by Lorna McLaren from St. Patrick's Lower Stafford, were offered for a donation to the Alongside Hope (formerly PWRDF) Ukranian Relief Fund. The eggs were displayed at both St. Stephen's Micksburg and St. George's South Alice and these stunning eggs have now made their way into the homes of many across our parish as well as into homes of Anglicans in Ottawa! In total, over $500 in donations were recieved towards Ukranian Relief through Alongside Hope. Thank you Lorna, both for your amazing handiwork and for this fundraiser, and thank you to all who contributed towards this cause. |
