Welcome back! It is September: all of our clergy team members have now returned from their holidays and our office at Aborn House has resumed general operating hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm. There are also a number of "returns" happening at our churches this month:

This Sunday, September 6th
- Holy Trinity Pembroke returns to two Sunday Services at 8am and 10am
- All Saints Petawawa resumes lunch after church, with a potluck luncheon

Next Sunday, September 13th
- Holy Trinity Pembroke resumes Sunday School at 10am and Coffee Time following the 10am service

Sunday, September 27th
- We mark Orange Shirt Day as a parish - please wear orange!
- Worship moves from St. John's Tramore back to Ascension Killaloe for the regular 9am service time
- Calvin United Church, Pembroke worships with Holy Trinity Pembroke at 10am

Other ministries -- choirs, mens' and ladies' groups, various committees, congregational councils, and more -- will be resuming at various points throughout the coming month. Be sure to watch for more details in future Friday email newsletters and in the weekly parish pew bulletin.

Our office at Aborn House has now returned to regular hours: Monday through Friday from 9am-12pm. However the office will be closed on Monday, September 7th for Labour Day, as well as on Thursday, September 10th. Messages left on those days will be returned on the next business day.

Our Wednesday Eucharist continues throughout the fall. Please join in for a contemplative said worship service, each Wednesday at 10am at Holy Trinity, Pembroke. The service is about 40 minutes long and is a lovely pause for connection with God in the middle of your week. All are welcome!

Our next Parish newspaper, Revelations, will be published for Thanksgiving.

Epiphany Fashions at the Church of the Epiphany in Barry’s Bay has now returned to regular operating hours, open Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Come and shop the wonderful selection of pay-what-you-can clothing!

The annual Summer Yard Sale is back for St. Anthony’s Whitney! The sale will be open from 9am to 12pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting, from now until Thanksgiving at the home of the Dunns: 24 Third Avenue in Whitney. Come shop a wonderful array of treasures on your way through Algonquin Park!
