On the Last Sunday in the Season of Epiphany, we read the story of the Transfiguration. In it we hear the story of Jesus' transfiguration on the mountain top in the company of Moses and Elijah, Peter, James, and John and reflect on what it means to be changed by encountering God. Through God's voice, we are reminded that we are all God's beloved children as we set out on our own journey through the coming season of Lent.
