A Message for PentecostFrom Your Valley Clergy Team In the spirit of celebrating the Feast of Pentecost -- the birthday of the Church -- this Sunday we are making a brief departure from our usual online Morning Prayer service. Instead, we invite members of both the Parish of the Valley and the Parish of St. Barnabas Deep River to join in a number of festive online worship opportunities being offered in our diocese, our ecclesiastical province, and right across Canada. Information and links to these services can be found in this newsletter. On Sunday morning the clergy team will offer a brief reading and message for Pentecost, together with a hymn and a slideshow of the homemade doves that were created as part of the Holy Trinity Pembroke Sunday School's Pentecost challenge. Click on "Valley Pentecost Message" beginning Sunday morning to enjoy this brief message, and join us in giving thanks for the gift of the Holy Spirit! For more infomation visit:
