In this time of physical-distancing and self-isolation it is important to remember that while we are asked to be physically apart, we are never spiritually apart. Our connection with God, and with each other, begins with prayer.
Prayer can be a great help for when you are feeling low, alone, angry with the world, or just in need of support. There is also prayer for healing available from your Church, for you or for anyone who weighs on your heart.
The Parish of the Valley clergy team has put together some resources - some we created and some shared with us by other clergy - that might be helpful for you as you pray at home. Those can be downloaded from the bottom of the page.
Your clergy team are always here for you. We will pray with and for you, for anyone, or for any situation. Never hestitate to telephone us or to send us an email -- even if it's "just to chat." If you have a specific prayer request, you might also call Wendy Cayen (343-369-0676) and she will direct your request to our confidential prayer chain: a group of prayerful people across the parish committed to praying for your need every day.
