Throughout Lent, our Parish will be studying the book Being Christian written by former Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams. In this accessible, beautifully written book, Rowan Williams explores four essential components of the Christian life: baptism, Bible, Eucharist, and prayer. He invites us to think through our Christian faith and how we live it out. Each week we will consider a different chapter, and spend some time in reflection and discussion.

Sessions will take place Wednesdays at noon over a bag lunch at Holy Trinity, Pembroke or Thursdays at 1pm rotating between St John's Eganville and St George's Alice.

Study material will be available for those who cannot attend either session and wish to gather a home-group or for those who would like to study the book on their own.

The book can be ordered by calling the Holy Trinity office 613-732-4658 before Feb 20 (cost $15), or ordered directly online, ISBN number 978-0-8028-7197-8.
